The School ADvance authors and the Michigan Association of Superintendents and Administrators (MASA) are working together to ensure that districts, schools, and school leaders can access initial training and ongoing support for using the School ADvance Administrator Evaluation system with optimal results. MASA maintains a team of certified School ADvance trainers and workshop facilitators who provide regional and customized local trainings and workshops in a timely manner to serve the needs of School ADvance adopters. While these trainers and facilitators are currently Michigan based, School ADvance and MASA are able to work with potential collaborators in other states to bring the training and support to out of state School ADvance adopters.
School ADvance and MASA maintain an active schedule of initial training workshops, regional refreshers and new administrator workshops, facilitated board of education workshops, and other customized supports as needed and requested by School ADvance users. The Events page also provides information on how to arrange for and schedule additional trainings and workshops.
