Ongoing support is available through the School ADvance Implementation Network and GrowthPLUS Educator Evaluation System Design and Support Network. School ADvance Training and Support is there to help districts implement the School ADvance Administrator Evaluation System and provide ongoing assistance through an Implementation Network that emphasizes developing district capacity. The GrowthPlus Network supports the implementation of effective evaluation systems in Michigan districts regardless of which State-approved teacher or administrator evaluation tools the district adopts.
The GrowthPLUS subscription supports the implementation of effective evaluation systems in Michigan districts regardless of which state-approved teacher or administrator evaluation tools the district adopts. The subscription will cover up to two participants in a district for a year: Oct. 1, 2017-Sept. 30, 2018

GrowthPLUS is a robust network of school administrators furthering district learning growth and improvement. The network supports the implementation of effective evaluation systems in Michigan districts. Participants are district representatives (one to two per subscriber district) who are responsible for designing, developing, facilitating, supporting, and evaluating the district’s educator evaluation system.
GrowthPLUS offers a fully integrated and research-based framework for local educator evaluation systems. Participants will receive training and support for building a solid local infrastructure for educator evaluation that meets all state requirements while fostering learning, growth, and adaptation.
Districts that have adopted School ADvance can join the GrowthPLUS Network for an annual fee of $750.
